Weld Procedure Specifications: GMAW-1G
Qualification Range: 1G,1F,2F
Material Thickness: (Plate) 3/8”
Qualification Range: 1/8” to ¾” Max.

Robot Welder

At Kasa Fab, a robot welder may be used if you need the following:

MIG Welding

MIG (Gas Metal Arc) Welding is best used when you want:

  • Long welds without starts and stops
  • Minimal post weld cleanup

TIG Welding

TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) Welding is best used when you want:

  • High precision welds
  • No slag or spatter
