Virtek LaserQC
Kasa Fab has integrated a Virtek LaserQC machine into our quality system as part of our dedication to continuous improvement. The LaserQC is a laser inspection system that allows our staff to quickly and accurately perform scan and or produce first article inspection on any flat during the initial phases of manufacturing. As the laser scans the part, the outline appears on the computer screen in real time. In a matter of seconds, the scanned part can be automatically compared to the corresponding CAD file, highlighting any variances.
The LaserQC can also be used to scan existing parts and reverse engineer to produce a quality CAD drawing.
