Powder Paint and Liquid Paint Systems are used. We will recommend a paint system for your parts.

 

Kasa Fab's paint booth is large enough to paint a bus, so we can handle large items.

Key Questions to Determine the Best Paint Option

1. Will your item be outside or inside?
2. Does your item need to be corrosion-resistant?
3. Do you want a specific color?

Paint Process

1. Preparation of item to remove rust, grease, oil, laser scale and welding slag:
   1. Chemical using a 7-stage wash process
   2. Mechanical process using outsourced steel shot blast or manually sanding
2. Item is inspected before entering paint booth
3. Item may be primed
4. Paint is applied
5. Item is inspected to ensure quality and durability
